What’s the difference between standard, deep, and move-out cleaning?

A standard clean maintains an already-tidy home. A deep clean is far more detailed — baseboards, vents, build-up, behind and under reachable items — and is recommended for first visits. A move-out clean adds the inside of cabinets, drawers and appliances to pass inspections and recover deposits.

How long will my cleaning take?

Roughly 1.5–3 hours for a standard clean and 3–6 hours for a deep or move-out, depending on size, condition and crew size. We send an arrival window and a heads-up text when the team is on the way.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most members give us secure access via lockbox, smart-lock code or a key on file, and we lock up when finished. We do recommend being there for the first visit for a quick walkthrough of your priorities.

How do you get into my home if I’m not there?

Whatever you’re comfortable with: a smart-lock code, a lockbox you control, or a key kept on file with documented, restricted access. Access is logged for every visit and limited to your assigned team.

Will I get the same cleaner every time?

For recurring members, yes — we keep a consistent team assigned to your home whenever scheduling allows, so they learn your preferences and your home gets better visit after visit.

Are your products safe for kids, pets, and allergies?

Yes. We default to plant-based, low-toxicity products that are safe around children and pets once surfaces are dry. For sensitivities or asthma we can switch to fragrance-free and unscented options — just tell us. We bring all supplies, or we’ll happily use products you prefer.

Are you insured, bonded, and background-checked?

All three. PHENOMWASHCLUB is fully licensed, bonded and liability-insured, and every cleaner clears state and federal background checks plus in-person vetting before they ever enter a home.

What happens if something is damaged or broken?

We treat your home like our own. If something is accidentally damaged, our team documents it immediately, notifies you the same day, and our insurance makes it right quickly — no runaround.

What’s your satisfaction guarantee?

It’s unconditional. If any area isn’t right, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll return to re-clean it at no charge. Your sign-off is what closes the visit, not ours.

Do you move furniture or use ladders?

We safely move light furniture and use extension tools to reach cobwebs and corners up to about 14 feet — further than crews that won’t leave the floor. For your safety and your home’s, we don’t lift heavy or fragile items or stand on ladders.

What about my pets during the cleaning?

We love pets and are happy to work around friendly ones. For everyone’s safety, please secure any pet that may be anxious around new people or equipment. We also offer pet-hair-focused add-ons.

Do you clean inside the oven, fridge, windows, or do laundry?

Yes — these are quick add-ons (inside oven $35, fridge $35, interior windows $49, wash & fold $25/load). They’re optional so you only pay for what you want.

How do I prepare for my cleaning?

You don’t have to do anything, but a quick declutter of countertops and floors lets us spend your time cleaning rather than tidying — which means a deeper result in the same window.

What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?

Life happens — reschedule or cancel free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may carry a small fee to cover the reserved crew time.

How do payments work and is tipping expected?

We keep a card on file and charge after the service is complete. Tipping is never required — our cleaners are paid a fair wage — but it’s always appreciated if you’d like to recognize a great job.

What if someone in the home is sick?

For your team’s safety and yours, we follow PPE protocols and ask that you reschedule if anyone is contagious. We’ll move your appointment with no penalty.

Do you offer recurring discounts or a membership?

Yes — weekly, bi-weekly and monthly visits are discounted, and the Interior Cleaning Club bundles cleaning into one simple monthly membership with member pricing and priority scheduling.
